10 Reasons why you should choose Boost Cooler Water Injection.

1. Higher Pump Pressure - The Boost Cooler kits all come with an ultra reliable pump, capable of up to 150psi of pressure.(Our more advanced kits can deliver up to 220psi.) Atomisation of the water is the key for effectiveness in any water injection system, the smaller the water droplets, the faster and more effectively the water will evaporate, therefore cooling the intake aircharge faster. The higher the pump pressure and the better the nozzle, the better the atomisation!

2. Specifically Designed Nozzles - Each Boost Cooler kit comes with three specifically designed, Dual Chamber nozzles. These nozzles provide better atomisation of the water than your average "garden variety" brass nozzles . Each nozzle also contains it's own gauze filter to prevent nozzle blockages.

3. Variable Controller - Your engine's worth thousands of dollars - so why comprimise? All stage 2 Boost Cooler kits come with an Electronic Variable Controller, Unique to the Boost Cooler product. The variable controller meters the amount of water being injected across a given boost or airflow range, starting with a smaller amount at lower boost levels and increasing as boost and revs rise. This is important, as with all "on/off" style systems a comprimise has to be made with nozzle selection. Ideally, you want to run a larger nozzle to supply enough water at the upper end of your power curve, however if you start injecting large amounts of water too early in the rev/boost range, your engine will misfire. If you use a smaller nozzle to allow early injection, you comprimise top end power. The Variable Controller allows the best of both worlds - you can fit a larger nozzle for top end power, and the controller will limit the amount of water being injected early in the rev/boost range eliminating the chance of misfires. This results in the optimum size nozzle being used accross a broader range, ultimately creating more torque and more peak power. - Why would anyone want to comprimise?

4. Component Quality - One look at the Boost Cooler kit and you will see for yourself that the quality of components used in these kits is superior. You wont find any "agricultural" parts in the Boost Cooler kit! The entire kit is over engineered to ensure your car will benefit from water injection in the safest possible way.

5. Complete Kit - When you purchase a Boost Cooler water injection kit you get everything you need to install the kit and get it up and running. The kits not only include the obvious parts like pump, nozzle and controller but also include all the little parts others often overlook, includng a tap for threading the hole drilled where you mount the nozzle, screws to mount the components, a "T-Piece" for the vacuum line, cable ties and Harness conduit to keep your engine bay tidy. And most importantly - comprehensive instructions to make fitting your kit simple.

6. Proven Results - Not only have we got Dyno proven results, Boost Cooler kits are used on vehicles which currently hold world records, including Diesel dragsters and Tractors involved in Pulling competitions in the states. On top of this, a number of top level World Rally teams are using the Boost Cooler kits. Visit our Results section to view just some of our customers dyno graphs.

7. System Design - Each time a new Boost Cooler product hits the market, you can be sure that the entire kit has been well thought out. Each Boost Cooler kit uses components which are matched to give the maximum benefit to our customers. This is not always the cheapest option, but we wouldn't use sub standard parts in our car, and we don't think you should have to either.

8. Methanol Safe - All the components used in the Boost Cooler series of products are Methanol safe. This means you can run Methanol in your Boost Cooler system without fear of casuing damage to the system. We recommend a Water & Methanol mix of 50/50 for maximum results, however we have seen impressive results from simply running straight water also.

9. Ongoing R&D - The manufacturer of the Boost Cooler range (Snow Performance, USA) never rest on their laurels and are continually developing new products to enhance the use of water injection. A perfect example is the 'Safe Injection' product recently released (Jan 2006). Other products in the pipeline include an in cabin electronally adjustable controller which will show critical information on a small LCD screen such as exhaust gas temperatures and boost pressure so that the driver can make fine adjustments on the run depending on the terrain (hilly or flat) he is driving through at any given time. Keep an eye out for this new product later in 2006.

10. Before & After Sales Service and Support - We are just like you - Enthusiasts. As such we love to chat about cars, and particularly ways of making more power - safely. Our service and support line is open 7 days a week, anytime you need to ask a question or need some advice regarding tuning your Boost Cooler kit we are just a phone call away! We love hearing your happy stories also, so when you have finished installing and tuning your kit - let us know how well you went, and if you like, we can add a pic of your car and Dyno sheet to our results page.
